To run Version 7 or 9 of RC-WinTrans on Windows 8:

In the "Windows Features" dialog, locate and enable the Windows 8 feature called ".NET Framework 3.5 (including .NET 2.0 and 3.0)".

Note: This Windows 8 feature is disabled by default. It must be enabled (set to "ON") in order to run RC-WinTrans, for which the .NET Framework 2.0 is a requirement.
